Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Complaints

We try at all times to provide services of the highest standard.

If you wish to make a comment or complaint this should be made to the Practice Manager initially in writing. You will receive a response within 10days.

If you are unhappy at that point you can arrange to come in and discuss the problem further. You also have the right to take the complaint to the Health Commissioner.
